How does the PTP Hold On Challenge work?

Challenge yourself once or as many times as you like! Here's how to complete the challenge.

Share your time + photos on social media

Log your time and donate to youth mental health

How to post your hold time


Step 1

Log in to your profile

Log in to your profile page here. Or, if you haven't joined the challenge yet, sign up here.


Step 2

Tap the 'Post Hold' button

Tap the 'Post Hold' button on your profile page (you can find it at the top of your 'Status Updates' panel).


Step 3

Add your time

Within the pop-up you can add your hold time, write a few words about your challenge, and add a picture to show where you took part! Tap 'Create' to post your hold.

Don't forget to share your challenge!

We're challenging you to Hold On to drive meaningful change in youth resilience, wellbeing, and leadership.

Simply find a safe and suitable bar to hold on to, and time yourself to see how long you can hold. Spread the word to your friends and family and challenge them to get involved too.
